Mikki draggoo
Founder | Storyteller
Mikki always takes at least three bites of any new food - even chicken feet and pickled tripe. She’s traveled to 33 countries and four continents. After living and working in London for a decade, she spent a good part of 2018 traveling through Italy with her husband and (then) two-year-old daughter. That adventure inspired this one.

She is a dual citizen of the United Kingdom and the United States. Mikki now lives in Seattle with her family and very fluffy puppy, named Hinskey Fairy.
Sara Semritc
Founder | Head of Magic
Sara is known for her fabulous collection of (faux) furs, her spice cupboards (plural), and her epic cheese boards complete with homemade jams and edible flower garnishes. Her expertise, and life long love affair, with all things cheese and charcuterie came from working in an artisan cheese and wine shop in Hawaii.
Sara’s work for a personal flight department takes her at a moment’s notice to cities across the world. She has traveled extensively for fun too, visiting 15 countries. It all started with her first passport when she was 9 years old. She spent third grade making leis and eating sugar cane in American Samoa. Now, everywhere she travels she brings back new recipe ideas and ingredients to cook in her home kitchen.
Sara holds a B.A. in Communication and a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Washington. Sara is the proud aunt to her four nieces and nephews. Currently, she lives in Tukwila, WA, with her fiancé, where they spend many hours together tending their sumptuous garden and sampling Sara’s latest home-cooked masterpiece.
