What is your shipping policy?

We charge flat-rate shipping within the U.S. of $5 for up to 2 books and free shipping on orders of 3 or more books.

Unfortunately, we can only currently fulfill U.S. orders. If you are interesting in putting your name on a waiting list, email hello@pixie-spice.com.

Where can I buy the book?

We are exclusively selling our book through our Shop on our website. We’ve tried to make it as easy as possible to buy a book from us. If the website is not working for you, please email hello@pixie-spice.com and we’ll help you as quick as a pixie can whip up a bowl of pasta.

How long will it take for my book to arrive?

Usually within 48 hours of receiving an order, we give it to the Pixie Post to bring to your door. There will sometimes be delays over holidays or weekends but we let you know as soon as possible if your book is delayed out the door. If you don’t receive your book within one week of your order, or if you need your book by a certain date, please contact us at hello@pixie-spice.com.

Why are all the cooks named fred-something"?

For the Cooks, Fred is similar to a last name for humans. So every member of this family has a first name beginning with Fred.

Where are the cooks going next? Isn’t this meant to be a series?

Rome is the first stop in the Pixie Spice Adventures series. We are currently working on our next book, set in London, due out in early 2020. The Cooks are busy travelers and love recommendations from friends.

is there a version of the book in British English?

Not yet, but we are planning on releasing a U.K. version alongside our next book, which is set in London.
